The Akane Series by Sekimagoroku features rust-resistant triple-layer stainless steel, making it dishwasher safe and durable.
Its high-hardness core and easily sharpened outer layers offer excellent sharpness and easy maintenance.
The blade is finished with a special double grinding process that makes it thinner and forms an ideal curved edge—this reduces cutting resistance and improves sharpness.
A heat-resistant resin handle allows safe use in dishwashers and dryers.

Care Instructions:
After use, wash and dry immediately. Leaving food or moisture on the blade may cause rust or discoloration.
